1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any services offered by kios62. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. kios62 strictly prohibits access by minors. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The kios62 platform is intended for use by individuals who access it from jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. kios62 does not make any representation that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, shared device, or shared IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

2.4 Ineligible Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on kios62:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from kios62;
• Employees, agents, directors, officers, or close relatives of the Company or its affiliated companies;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. kios62 reserves the right to verify all registration information against official identity documents.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify kios62 support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 KYC Verification

kios62 applies a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, you may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, or passport);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, or BNI account in your name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the kios62 compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kios62 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically credited to your account instantly. Deposits via certain regional banks may take up to 15 minutes. kios62 does not accept third-party deposits — the name on your payment method must match the name registered on your kios62 account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to account verification status and the applicable payment method. kios62 does not guarantee processing times for withdrawals that are under compliance review. Withdrawals will be made exclusively to a payment method registered in the Player's verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

4.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed at the time of transaction and within the kios62 account dashboard. Limits may vary by payment method, account tier, and applicable promotion. kios62 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.5 Fees

kios62 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, intermediary banks or payment processors may impose their own charges, which are outside kios62's control. Players are advised to check with their bank or e-wallet provider regarding any applicable fees.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by kios62 are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence. kios62 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, baccarat) and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms. Playing ineligible games will not count toward the wagering requirement.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

kios62 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering between accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and misrepresentation of identity. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.5 Loyalty Program

kios62 operates a three-tier VIP Loyalty Program (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Points are earned on eligible real-money wagers and redeemable for bonus credits subject to applicable conversion rates and wagering requirements. Tier status is reviewed monthly. kios62 reserves the right to modify the loyalty program structure, point earning rates, and redemption terms at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

kios62 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where the platform suspects an error in odds, software malfunction, or suspicious betting patterns. A wager is only confirmed once kios62's system has accepted and confirmed it — confirmation shown on screen does not preclude subsequent voiding where technical errors are identified.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, 1X2, and mix parlay (accumulator) — are governed by the specific sporting event rules and kios62's sportsbook rules published on the platform. For mix parlay bets, if one selection is voided, the bet reverts to the next lower number of selections with adjusted odds.

6.3 Casino & Live Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time card dealing and wheel spinning by professional dealers. The Comp any is not responsible for network interruptions experienced by the Player during live game sessions. Winnings will be calculated based on game outcomes recorded on kios62's servers.

6.4 Togel Lottery

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the official international lottery pools (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and equivalent authorized bodies for other markets). kios62 does not control draw outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the kios62 platform and the official source, the official source result will prevail.

6.5 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a software or system malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be declared void. kios62 will not honor bets placed or winnings generated as a result of a system error, incorrect odds display, or any other technical fault. Players who identify an error are required to refrain from exploiting it and to report it immediately to kios62 support.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kios62 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal action:

• Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Using funds derived from illegal activities — including money laundering — on the platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent dispute claims against legitimate transactions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at kios62 staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kios62 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, layout, and design — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any kios62 intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

kios62 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's control. kios62 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or inaccessibility.

9.2 Gaming Losses

kios62 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through participation in games, sports betting, or any other gaming activity on the platform. All wagering involves inherent risk, and Players accept full responsibility for their betting decisions. Past outcomes do not guarantee or predict future results.

9.3 Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kios62's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

In no event shall kios62 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10 Privacy & Data

kios62 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes;
• Data is processed using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure, access-controlled servers;
• kios62 does not sell personal data to third parties;
• Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

kios62 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. The platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations to control time spent on the platform;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours;

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your kios62 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and applicable bonus wagering conditions.

12.2 Termination by kios62

kios62 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious account activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling the Company to restrict access;
• Player request under responsible gaming provisions.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, kios62 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with clause 12.1 above.

13 Amendments

kios62 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and remain responsible for compliance with local laws. All transaction amounts and dispute calculations will be denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
